Central Library

In line with the directives of the Presidency of Mosul University to recognize retired staff members for their dedication and contributions, the General Secretariat of the Central Library held a ceremony honoring Mr. Jalal Hikmat Abdul Qader Rasul Al-Mawqedi on the occasion of his retirement, with the attendance of the library’s staff.
Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Jassim Mohammed, Director of University Libraries, delivered a speech in which he commended the distinguished services provided by Mr. Jalal throughout his career, marked by sincerity and loyalty. He also conveyed his best wishes for continued health and success in the next stage of his life.
The attendees emphasized that the contributions of retired staff remain an integral part of the library’s legacy and a source of inspiration for future generations.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the Director of University Libraries presented a shield of appreciation to Mr. Jalal Hikmat Abdul Qader in recognition of his career, characterized by dedication and commitment to the service of the university and its library.
