After the temporary work suspension because of ISIS, all possible efforts should be exerted to improve the university and to keep up with the latest world scientific development as directed by Prof. Dr. Kossay Al-Ahmady, President, University of Mosul. Under direct supervision of Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar, Secretary-General of the Libraries, University of Mosul, a group of the staff of Ibn Khaldun have organized a workshop to maintain the indexes of the stacks to ensure easy lending of books and periodicals to the library users at our prestigious university.
