In conjunction with the start of the new academic year 2019/2020 and in implementation of the directives of Prof. Dr. Kossay Al-Ahmady contained in his word on this occasion to all the university staff of lecturers and employees to reaffirm to meet the needs of students and researchers that serve their scientific careers.
