……..
As part of the Mosul Studies Center’s efforts to collect, document, and archive newspapers covering various cultural, social, service, architectural, economic, and heritage topics, Mr. Ali Majid Amin, an employee at the Center (Nineveh Contracts), conducted an inventory, count, photograph, and record of topics related to the city of Mosul in local newspapers. This is part of the Center’s library’s activities and work, including collecting and sorting press materials covering Mosul affairs over the past period, tracking published reports, investigations, and news documenting the city’s developments in various fields. This work aims to archive media content related to Mosul and provide an accurate database that contributes to preserving the city’s journalistic memory and serves as a reference for researchers and those interested in local affairs. The Center’s management expressed its appreciation for the employee’s efforts, commending his contribution to supporting institutional work.
