As part of the efforts of the University of Mosul Presidency, represented by Professor Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, to establish frameworks, regulations, and powers for deans of colleges and directors of research centers and units, the Mosul Studies Center has received a newly published book entitled: “Guidance Manual for Powers at the University of Mosul.” The book was prepared by the Legal Affairs Department of the University of Mosul Presidency and published by Ibn Al-Atheer House at the University of Mosul for the year 2025. This guide is important in outlining powers and defining the work of scientific and research institutions at the University of Mosul in accordance with the legal provisions stipulated in order to achieve the sixteenth goal of the Sustainable Development Goals, which is related to building strong institutions.
