As part of the Mosul Studies Center’s efforts to support scientific research, and under the supervision of Dr. Mohammed Nizar Al-Dabbagh, the center’s director, the library committee, with the outstanding efforts of Ms. Shahd Waadallah Yassin, the librarian, created a digital version of the guide titled: (Supplement to the 1980 Publications Guide, published by Dar Al-Kutub Printing and Publishing Foundation/University of Mosul).

The digitization of this guide is part of the center’s efforts to provide digital resources related to its scientific activities. This guide also documents an important period in the history of our esteemed University of Mosul, particularly the publications printed by the University Library. Furthermore, it aims to maximize the benefit for researchers and graduate students who use the library and to enhance the center’s institutional performance. This initiative is part of the center’s activities for October 2025.
