Following the directives of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, regarding the importance of scholarly engagement with the university’s various departments and participation in cultural activities outside the research institution, the Mosul Studies Center Library, under the supervision of the Center’s Director, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Nizar Al-Dabbagh, and with the follow-up of Ms. Shahd Waadallah Yassin, the Center’s Librarian, and the documentation of Mr. Mohammed Muslim Khader, the Center’s Media Officer, and Mr. Mazen Maayouf, organized a cultural event as part of the third day of the First International Book Fair and Forum held at the University of Mosul. The event featured a display of books published by the Center’s faculty members and showcased the latest donations of diverse books received by the Center’s library from academics, researchers, intellectuals, and postgraduate students. The aim was to create an interactive atmosphere with attendees and introduce them to the activities of the Center’s Library Committee related to the city of Mosul.
