Mosul Studies Center’s participation in the first Mosul University International Book Fair
Mosul Studies Center Participates in the First International Book Fair at the University of Mosul
As part of the activities of the First International Book Fair held by the University of Mosul, the Mosul Studies Center continues its distinguished presence with a scholarly contribution.
The Center will present a dialogue session entitled “Secrets of Translating Ottoman Texts,” presented by Assistant Lecturer Mahdi Saleh Saeed from the Department of Literary Studies and Documentation at the Mosul Studies Center. The session will be moderated by Assistant Lecturer Kamal Ashour Khader, also from the Department of Literary Studies and Documentation at the Mosul Studies Center. The session will take place at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 29, 2025.
The Mosul Studies Center invites all those interested in the scholarly and intellectual aspects of Ottoman studies to attend this event and contribute to enriching the scholarly, cultural, and intellectual discussion within the atmosphere of the First International Book Fair at the University of Mosul.
