Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, and the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Nizar Al-Dabbagh, Director of the Mosul Studies Center, Professor Dr. Abdulaziz Ramadan Ali Thahir, Dean of the College of Law, and Dr. Saeed Khadida Qulu, Head of the Human Rights Division at the University of Mosul, and in implementation of the Third National Plan for Women, Peace and Security, pillar (Participation and Institutional Reform) for 2025, specifically regarding the fourth paragraph concerning the establishment of specialized legal workshops and seminars, the Women’s Affairs Committee and the Human Rights Committee at the Mosul Studies Center, in cooperation with the College of Law and the Women’s Affairs Unit and the Human Rights Division at the University of Mosul, are holding a scientific workshop entitled (The Importance of Legal and Administrative Amendments Aimed at Guaranteeing Women’s Rights).
