Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, and the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Nizar Al-Dabbagh, Director of the Mosul Studies Center, and in implementation of the Third National Plan for Women, Peace, and Security, Pillar (Participation and Institutional Reform) for 2025, specifically regarding paragraph eight concerning the establishment of workshops, courses, and seminars to understand the Civil Service Law, the Women’s Affairs Committee at the Mosul Studies Center, in cooperation with the Studies and Planning Department – ​​Sustainable Development Unit and the Women’s Affairs Unit at the University of Mosul Presidency, is holding a workshop entitled “The Civil Service Law and its Implementation Mechanism.”
