The Mosul Studies Center attends a workshop organized by the Department of Scientific Affairs at the University of Mosul.

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, and the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Nizar Al-Dabbagh, Director of the Mosul Studies Center, and in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning – Sustainable Development Unit at the University of Mosul, and based on administrative orders and directives from the University of Mosul regarding the Center’s participation in all activities of the Department of Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Suhaib Hazem Al-Ghadhanfari, Head of the Department of Historical and Social Studies at the Center, along with Dr. Kamal Ashour Khader, representing the Center’s Director, attended the workshop entitled: “Enhancing Research Efficiency in the Humanities through Artificial Intelligence Technologies,” which was held at the Continuing Education Center.

… The workshop aimed to introduce the concept of artificial intelligence tools and their role in supporting scientific research in the humanities. It reviewed the most prominent tools compatible with the nature of research in these fields and explained how to utilize them in different stages of research, such as idea generation and content organization, in order to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4, 5, 8, 11, and 17.
