Construction and Projects

The Planning Section is an essential part of the Department of Reconstruction and Projects at the University of Mosul. Its primary responsibilities involve preparing and documenting information related to the future plans for projects. The section is responsible for preparing the requirements for the inclusion of strategic plans for construction and development projects within the university, in alignment with the university’s needs and future directions, as determined by the University Presidency. In addition, the section coordinates with governmental funding bodies on one hand, and with colleges and departments on the other, which represent the benefiting entities. This coordination is essential for preparing feasibility studies for each project and the technical reports in collaboration with the project preparation committee, ensuring that the project plans align with academic and administrative requirements. All of this is directly supervised by the management of the Department of Reconstruction and Projects and in coordination with other sections within the department at the University of Mosul Presidency.
