A Lecturer Gains a Certificate of Participation in a Scientific Forum

Assist. Prof. Dr. Hamid Mohammad Taha Al-Suwaidani, Head of the Department of Historical and Cultural Studies at Regional Studies Center – University of Mosul, has gained a certificate of thanks and appreciation from the Presidency of Al-Hamdania University for his participation in the scientific forum that was held virtually on Wednesday and Thursday, 30 / 6-1 / 7/2020, entitled “Iraqi revolt of 1920 from ancestors to grandsons”, with the participation of some Arab and Iraqi historians through the application of “ZOOM.” The forum concluded that the twentieth revolution was a historical epic through which the unity and cohesion of the Iraqi people in all its spectra have been proven and a national token of defiance and struggle against all forms of injustice and tyranny that the English colonial machine was practicing to strike the unity of the Iraqi people until it became an icon of liberation and a symbol of independence.
