It presents an outcome to support the decision to reconstruct or dissuade it with an analytical simulation of the feasibility of the historical work of the airport and the possibility of restoring civil aviation activity to Mosul International Airport. The researcher concluded that the study had reached direct and indirect returns for the economic sectors served by the airport, which provide development opportunities that far exceed the cost of the investment decision economically, technically, financially, socially, and scientifically.
