Concerning the letter of the Federal Integrity Commission/Department of Education and Public Relations No. (3/1613 on 10/18/2023) , the approval of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and under the auspices of the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Qusay Kamal al-Din al-Ahmadi, in coordination with the joint committee between the Federal Integrity Commission and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Director of the Regional Studies Center, department heads, and officials of the administrative and scientific divisions at the Center attended a symposium entitled (Implementing the joint educational program to enhance the values and concepts of integrity and preserving public funds in public and private colleges), On Wednesday, October 25, 2023, which was organized at the Grand University Theater Hall – Mosul. The symposium aimed to promote a culture of integrity, and ethical behavior, and preserve public funds.

The symposium emphasized the importance of public awareness to achieve the principles of integrity, respect, and preservation of public funds, and reduce corruption through state institutions by pursuing a scientific approach to combat this dangerous phenomenon.
