Regional Studies Center has organized an online seminar entitled (Turkish-Algerian Relations during the Justice and Development Party: 2002-2018) by Dr. Hamid Mohammad Taha Al-Suwaidani, head of the Department of Historical and Cultural Studies at Regional Studies Center – University of Mosul, in the presence of the Center’s lecturers and researchers on Wednesday, May 20, 2020, via Google Meet.
Al-Suwaidani indicated that his research covered a topic of great importance in view of the transformations that Turkey witnessed during this period, by studying and analyzing the factors that link the two countries at the political, economic, cultural and social levels beside the security and strategic ones. He concluded his research with an outlook for the future of these relations. Extensive discussions and interventions debated the subject of the research by the academics of the Center, which contributed to enriching and evaluating the research.
