Staff of Regional Studies Center Participate in Scientific Workshop on Organizing Academic Conferences
As part of efforts to develop academic skills and enhance the quality of research work, staff members from the Regional Studies Center at the University of Mosul participated in a scientific workshop organized by the Department of Scientific Affairs, in coordination with the Conference Follow-Up Committee, on Sunday, August 3, 2025. The workshop was titled: “Mechanisms for Organizing Local and International Scientific Conferences.”
The workshop aimed to empower researchers to actively contribute to the organization of scientific conferences in accordance with international standards, thereby strengthening the academic standing of the university and opening avenues for collaboration with external research institutions.
This initiative aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education, by fostering research capabilities, improving the quality of higher education, and supporting an interactive academic environment grounded in knowledge exchange and scholarly engagement.
