Regional Studies Center Holds Staff Meeting to Enhance Performance

The administration of the Regional Studies Center held a meeting with the Center’s staff on Monday, September 1, 2025, chaired by Assist. Prof. Dr. Tareq Mohammad Tayeb Dhahir, Director of the Center.
The meeting was convened as part of efforts to ensure smooth workflow and to accurately implement the directives of the university presidency within the specified timelines. Discussions focused on ways to enhance performance, overcome challenges, and strengthen cooperation between academic and administrative staff to guarantee the completion of tasks with high quality.
The Director emphasized the importance of teamwork and continuous coordination to achieve the Center’s research and institutional goals, noting that the success of the Center depends on collective efforts and sustained dedication.
The meeting also underlined that the Center’s plans and activities are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 on Quality Education, Goal 8 on Decent Work and Economic Growth, Goal 9 on Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, and Goal 17 on Partnerships for the Goals — reinforcing the Center’s role as a leading research institution.
