Regional Studies Center Staff Attend a Scientific Workshop on Publishing in Scopus-Indexed Journals
The staff of the Regional Studies Center at the University of Mosul participated in a scientific workshop organized by the University’s Department of Scientific Affairs, titled “How to Publish in Scopus-Indexed Journals: From Idea to International Recognition”, The workshop was held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025.
The event covered key topics related to preparing scientific research according to international publication standards, selecting accredited journals listed in Scopus, and addressing common challenges researchers face in the publication process.
Participants from the Center emphasized that such workshops provide a valuable opportunity to enhance researchers’ skills in high-quality scientific publishing, contributing to the advancement of the University of Mosul’s research standards and strengthening its academic presence both regionally and internationally.
