A Volunteer Initiative by the Remote Sensing Center at Al-Fayhaa Primary School within the “My School” Campaign
As part of its community outreach activities, the Remote Sensing Center at the University of Mosul organized a volunteer visit to Al-Fayhaa Primary School on Thursday, October 9, 2025, within the framework of the “My School” initiative launched by the Ministry, which aims to support orphaned students and encourage them to continue their education.
The visit included the distribution of school bags and stationery to pupils, which were collected through donations made by the staff members of the Center. This initiative reflects a strong spirit of cooperation and social responsibility toward orphaned children and those from low-income families.
This activity also contributes to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4: Quality Education, Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities, and Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals.
