Remote Sensing Center Participates in Activities of the National Day of Mass Graves

The Remote Sensing Center at the University of Mosul participated in the commemoration activities of the National Day of Mass Graves, a national occasion dedicated to remembering the victims of mass graves, honoring their memory, and reaffirming the values of justice, equity, and the preservation of national memory.
The Center was represented on this occasion by Professor Dr. Abdulrahman Ramzi Qabba, director of the Remote Sensing Center, and Mr. Mohannad Ghanem, liaison member of the Human Rights Committee at the Center.
The participation involved the distribution of awareness posters within the Center on this occasion. The posters conveyed messages emphasizing the importance of remembering the victims of mass graves and promoting the values of justice, humanity, and the preservation of national memory. This contributes to enhancing societal awareness of this humanitarian and national issue and commemorating the sacrifices made by the people of Iraq throughout different historical stages.
This participation is in line with the societal and national role undertaken by the University of Mosul and its research centers, reinforcing values of social cohesion and building a future based on peace and mutual respect.
