The Technical Committee of the International Conference on Electronic Materials, Semiconductor Devices and Emerging Technologies (ICEMSET-2026) has selected Assistant Professor Dr. Abdulrahman Ramzi Qabaa, Director of the Remote Sensing Center at the University of Mosul, as an Invited Speaker at the conference, which will be held from November 16–18, 2026, at the University of Science and Technology, Hisar, India.

This selection follows the acceptance of his research abstract entitled:

“UAVs/Drones for Precision Irrigation: Innovative Technologies to Enhance Agricultural Productivity and Water Resource Management.”

ICEMSET-2026 is a distinguished international scientific platform that brings together leading researchers and experts to discuss the latest developments in electronic materials, semiconductor devices, and the application of emerging technologies in support of sustainable development.
