The Dean’s Strategic Plan for the College of Fine Arts

The College is committed to modernizing its curricula in line with both national and international standards. It is introducing advanced programs such as doctoral studies and professional diplomas, while applying quality assurance systems to achieve academic accreditation.

In research, the College follows a comprehensive plan that promotes publication in reputable journals, the development of its own academic journal, the organization of conferences, and the strengthening of research collaboration with local and international institutions.

Faculty and staff development is also a central priority. Continuous training programs, a regular performance evaluation system, and a healthy work environment based on occupational safety standards form the foundation of this effort.

From a financial perspective, the College aims to expand its resources through income-generating projects such as the mobile nursing clinic, alongside upgrading educational facilities and allocating dedicated budgets for development initiatives.

The College also emphasizes international relations and community service. Health campaigns, psychological counseling programs, and the integration of the Sustainable Development Goals—including the use of clean energy and the promotion of environmental awareness—are embedded into its educational and research practices.
