The Dean’s Strategic Plan for the College of Pharmacy
The College is striving to complete national accreditation and pursue international recognition. Its academic vision includes aligning curricula with global standards and launching advanced postgraduate programs such as pharmacoeconomics and precision medicine.
In the field of research, the College is establishing specialized research units, organizing an annual international conference and a research award, supporting publication in indexed journals, and working toward the inclusion of its own journal in Scopus.
Faculty development is also a top priority. Sustainable training programs, the recruitment of distinguished international lecturers, and reduced teaching loads in recognition of outstanding research contributions are all designed to support academic excellence.
From a financial perspective, the College seeks to expand and diversify its resources through its Innovation and Partnerships Office, the establishment of a medicinal herbarium, the Pharmaceutical Consulting Office, and investment in renewable energy projects.
The College also prioritizes international partnerships and community engagement. Initiatives such as the mobile pharmacy and the community pharmacy aim to bring direct benefits to society, while its research and service activities are closely aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.
