The College of Tourism Sciences, represented by its Dean, Asst. Prof. Dr Mohammed Naif Mahmoud extends their warmest congratulations to the lecturer in the Department of Hospitality Studies, Asst. Lecturer Zahraa Abdul-Ghani Mustafa, on the occasion of achieving a PhD in Management and Economics / Business Administration. Her dissertation, titled “Talent Management Operations and Their Impact on Enhancing Individual-Level Benefits: The Mediating Role of E-Readiness, A Survey Study in a Sample of Tourism Companies in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq,” was defended on Thursday, October 10, 2024.
