Participation of a Faculty Member in a Scientific Conference
As part of the diverse array of scientific activities of the Tourism Studies Department, Mr. Osama Mohammed Ahmed Al-Atarqji, a department faculty member, participated in the Fifth International Conference on Communications Engineering and Computer Science. This conference was held in collaboration with Jiyan University in Erbil, the International Islamic University in Malaysia, and Ajloun National University in Jordan, from April 24th to 25th, 2024.
The conference aims to facilitate and provide opportunities for the exchange of knowledge, sharing of insights, and experiences in various fields of communications engineering and computer science among academics, graduates, postgraduate students, and researchers from around the world.
Mr. Osama’s participation in the conference was through the presentation of his research entitled “Design and Implementation of a Cross-platform Mobile-commerce Recommender System using TensorFlow Recommenders, Express.js, Flutter, and Docker Containerization.”
At the end of the conference, Mr. Al-Atarqji received an appreciation certificate from the organizing committee in recognition of his active participation.
