“Dean of the College of Tourism Sciences Welcomes Journalistic and Sports Figures to Strengthen Cooperation”
On Thursday, January 30, 2025, the Dean of the College of Tourism Sciences, Asst. Professor Dr Mohammed Naif Mahmoud welcomed Mr Ghanem Ahmed Suleiman, a journalist at Al-Bursa Al-Iraqiya newspaper and Director of Public Relations at Dream of the Future for Development Organisation, along with Mr Musab Al-Tai, a representative of the Athletes’ Syndicate in Nineveh.
The meeting discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the college and media and sports institutions, aiming to support academic and community activities and expand the horizons of mutual collaboration.
This initiative aligns with SDG 4 (Quality Education) by strengthening links between education and media/community institutions, SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by creating opportunities for professional and community collaboration.
