Faculty and Students of the College of Tourism Sciences Participate in the Pilgrimage and Serve Pilgrims during the Arbaeen of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him).
The faculty and students of the College of Tourism Sciences at the University of Mosul took part in the pilgrimage. They served in the procession commemorating the Arbaeen of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), providing services to the pilgrims. This participation is part of activities aimed at instilling the values of giving and altruism among the college staff and students, and strengthening solidarity and cohesion within the community during this significant religious occasion.
This participation aligns with several Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being, by promoting a spirit of service and humanitarian support; Goal 4: Quality Education, by fostering awareness and responsible behavior among students; Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities, through providing services to pilgrims without discrimination; and Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, by reinforcing values of solidarity and cooperation.
