The Dean Conducts an Inspection Tour of the College’s Departments, Divisions, and Units
On Thursday, September 18, 2025, the Dean of the College of Tourism Sciences, Professor Dr Manal Raafat Khalid, conducted an inspection tour that included the academic departments, administrative divisions, and units of the college, following its relocation to the new building.
The tour aimed to monitor academic and administrative work in the new premises, assess the readiness of classrooms, scientific laboratories, and service facilities, and review the progress of painting works and furniture distribution to ensure a modern and integrated educational environment. The Dean also examined the needs of the divisions and units to guarantee smooth workflow and provide a learning environment that meets the aspirations of both students and faculty members.
During the tour, she emphasised that the move to the new building represents an important step in the college’s journey toward enhancing its academic environment, stressing the importance of making the most of this stage to develop educational programs and strengthen scientific and research activities. She also praised the efforts of the administrative staff who contributed to the successful relocation process, calling on everyone to continue their dedication and teamwork to elevate the college’s standing and reputation further.
