Dr. Adel A. Belal and Mr. Ya’rub I. Sulaiman, assistant professors at DWRRC, have made a boat tour into the lake of Mosul Dam near the pumping station of the North Jazira Irrigation Project on Saturday, 22.02.2014 in order to recognize the most important sources of the sediments entering the lake, and to collect different samples of sediments to conduct necessary analyses of the field works of the project “ The study of sediments at the upstream pumping station of the North Jazira Irrigation Project.
