Seminar on Rare earth elements and their characteristics in Tigris river water
The Dams & Water Resources Research Center held a seminar entitled “Rare earth elements and their characteristics in Tigris river water” on Tuesday 13/05/2014 by Dr.Hazim J. Mahmood. The lecture Dealt with the main characteristics of the rare earth elements and their uses in geochemistry. Their patterns can be use in the rocks genesis and provenance interpretation. Showing data for the rare earth elements concentrations and clarifying their characteristics and behavior in the Tigris River water comparing with some worldwide rivers.
