  • Professor Salem Qasim Al-Naqeeb received the second prize for research “Groundwater Assessment in Al-Qaim” participating in the Disaster Management and Building Safety Symposium in Arab Countries, Riyadh – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 2008.
  • Professor Dr. Ali Ismail received the first prize from the Vice President of the Republic for Scientific and Academic Research.

  • The Center was honored by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for achieving an advanced rank in scientific production for 2009 at the ministry level. The honor was received by Professor Salem Qasim Al-Naqeeb (Center Director) during the ministry’s celebration of Science Day on 6/4/2010.
  • Professor Dr. Ali Ismail Al-Jubouri was honored with a certificate of appreciation by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research on Science Day, for his efforts in publishing a number of scientific research papers in reputable international scientific journals. 2010.
