Our Center Participates in a Workshop on Strategic Planning for the University of Mosul
Assistant Professor Dr. Yousif Hashim Abdullah, respected Director of the Center, participated along with a number of the teaching staff—including the Head of Scientific Affairs, the Head of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Unit, and the Chair of the Scientific Committee—in the scientific workshop organized by the Department of Studies and Planning at the Presidency of the University of Mosul, in cooperation with the College of Administration and Economics, entitled:
“Preparing the Strategic Plan for Colleges and Centers.” The workshop was held in the discussion hall of the college.
The workshop addressed several key topics, including:
- The concept of the strategic model and its importance in the university environment.
- Formulating the vision, mission, and objectives in a measurable and trackable manner.
- Conducting an environmental analysis using the SWOT methodology to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Converting plans into implementation programs and projects with mechanisms for evaluation and performance indicators.
