Training Course Announcement
As part of its scientific activities for the year 2025–2026, the Dams and Water Resources Research Center, in cooperation with the Department of Dam and Water Resources Engineering / College of Engineering, is organizing a training course entitled:
“Introduction to Modern Software for Managing Various Water Resources.”
The course aims to:
- Introduce the fundamental scientific concepts for working with simulation software in water resources engineering.
- Highlight smart irrigation systems and the reliability of data used in water resources management.
- Present the software used for dam and reservoir management, including HEC-HMS, WMS, and AutoCAD Civil 3D and its applications in the field of water resources.
The course will be held from December 21–25, 2025, starting daily at 9:30 AM, at the College of Engineering / Department of Dam and Water Resources Engineering / Discussion Hall.
