مركز دراسات الموصل

صدر العدد (57) أيلول 2020 الجديد من مجلة موصليات وهي مجلة دورية ثقافية عامة يصدرها مركز دراسات الموصل وتعنى بالموضوعات التاريخية والأدبية والاجتماعية لمدينة الموصل ويسهم فيها نخبة من اساتذة الجامعة ومثقفي مدينة الموصل .يتميز هذا العدد من مجلة موصليات التي تصدر عن مركز دراسات الموصل من بأنه خصص قسماً لعدد من المقالات باللغة الإنكليزية من ضمنها مقالة(لماذا الموصل؟) للمؤرخ البريطاني بيرسي كمب Percy Kemp، وهو استاذ بريطاني مهتم متخصص بتاريخ الموصل الحديث وكذلك مقالة لمديرة منظمة اليونسكو UNESCOاودريه ازولاي(Audrey Azoulay): ومقالتها حول إعادة إنعاش روح الموصل بعد الدمار الذي أصابها مؤخراًبعد عمليات ، ففي حين قدمت الأستاذ الدكتورة نورة بنت محمد الكعبي(وزيرة الثقافة والشباب) في دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة من خلال مقالتها (الموصليون: نموذجاً للمرونة والقوة)، صورة لماضي المدينة وحاضرها. اما السيد عمر محمد/طالب دكتوراه فحاول إعطاء أهمية إعادة احياء المكتبة المركزية بجامعة الموصل بعد الدمار الذي تعرضت من قبل داعش، والتي لا تزال تقدم خدماتها في الموقع البديل، فالمكتبة المركزية هي واجهة جامعة الموصل. اما مقالات اللغة العربية فانها تنوعت في مضامينها أيضا منها ما يتعلق بتاريخ الموصل الإسلامي ، وهناك المقالات التي تهتم بتراث الموصل، وكذلك أهمية إعادة وحفظ تراث المدينة عن طريق رقمنة تراثها بكافة جوانبها بحيث تكون متاحة لاكبر عدد ممكن من الباحثين وهذا ما يسعى اليه المركز مستقبلا .للإطلاع على العدد يرجى تحميل المرفقThis is the (57) number of the Mawsillyyat Journal which is issuing from Mosul Studies Centre, and it distinguished by including part for a number of English-language articles, of them the article entitled (Why Mosul?) by Percy Kemp, a British academic historian that specializes in the modern history of Mosul. There is also Audrey Azoulay’s article, Director-General of UNESCO, on revitalizing of Mosul’s soul after what has happened to the city of large scale damages during the liberation operation from ISIS; an article for Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, the Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development for the United Arab Emirates, entitled (Moslawis: An Example of Resilience and Strength) and finally an article has written by Omar Mohammed, a PhD student, on rehabilitation of the central library of the university of Mosul after what has happened to it of damages and burning at the hand of ISIS. Even so, the library in its temporary buildings is still rendering its distinguished services. So, the library becomes as a landmark for the University o Mosul.As regarding the Arabic-language articles, they are various in their topics. So, their topics related to the Islamic history of Mosul, the heritage of Mosul and the digitizing of the heritage of Mosul and making it available for researchers according to the Mosul Studies Centre’s future plans.To view the issue, please download the attachment
