The conference opened with Prof. Dr. Rector then word Dr. Mowaffak Saidiya Dean Faculty of Management and Economics. The opening lecture of the Dr. Sarmad Ghanem Saleh .. The conference included 15 sessions over two days discussed the 70 search. The opening of the conference was attended by a number of deans and a group of economists in the city
