Held the presidency of the University of Mosul and the cooperation between the faculties of management, economics and rights therein, a panel discussion about the withdrawal of Iraq from Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations and the Hall Forum scientific and literary dated 10/07/2013 day on the first day of Ramadan 1434 AH where he chaired a session seminar Prof. Dr. conciliatorAhmed Sedea Dean of the Faculty of Management and Economics included a session three lectures dealt with first, including the impact of the withdrawal of Iraq from Chapter VII of the payments system official to Iraq to Dr. Sarmad planet beautiful professor at the Faculty of management and Economics and lecture dealt with the second economic impact on Iraq as a result of leaving this chapter of Dr. MarwanAbdul-Malik of the Department of Economics the third lecture was for Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Mohammed al-Jubouri from the Faculty of Law in which he spoke about the legal aspects of this resolution, and in conclusion came out of the seminar paper to be placed in front of the recommendations gentlemen officials to take advantage of them in order to serve the interests of Iraq
