Head of Economics Department’s Participation in the First International Scientific Conference Held by Al-Rasheed College for Co-Education in Turkey / Istanbul By his research entitled “Small Projects and Development _ Japan as A Model” , Assistant Prof. Dr. Saad Mahmoud Al Kawaz, head of Economics Department , Faculty of Administration and Economics, Mosul University, had participated in the First International Scientific Conference Held by Al-Rasheed College for Co-Education in Turkey / Istanbul from 5 to 6 /September /2019. Among the 82 scientific researches presented at the conference , Dr.Saad Mahmoud Al Kawaz ‘s research was ranked first . It was approved to be presented at the opening session of the conference . Dr.Saad Al Kawaz was honored by Excellence and Creativity Shield .
