It is worth mentioning that the impact factor “Arcif”, which is the influence factor and reference citations for the Arab scientific journals, “Arcif” one of the initiatives of the database “knowledge” of production and scientific content is under the supervision of the Council of Supervision and Coordination “which consists of representatives of several Arab and international bodies: Regional Committee for Education in the Arab States, Beirut, United Nations Commission for West Asia (ESCWA), Bibliotheca Alexandrina, Knowledge Database, World Association of Specialized Libraries / Gulf Branch. In addition to a scientific committee of leading experts and academics from several Arab countries and Britain.
