Discussion of a specialized higher diploma research in Industrial Management

Within the scientific activities of Industrial Management Department, a specialized higher diploma research in industrial management was discussed for the student (Zafar Muayyad Abdul Hamid) entitled (the possibility of establishing the functional dimensions of the quality of the telecommunications service and its effect on customer satisfaction: a field study at Zain Telecom / Mosul City) on Tuesday, 4/2/2020. The discussion committee consisted of:

The committee recommended granting her a high diploma in business administration after making the necessary amendments and completing the requirements for granting the certificate

The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: Companies can improve the quality of their reports and provide a more accurate and comprehensive view of their performance through text analysis techniques, and then ensure that their reports are balanced and readable from many categories, regardless of their academic achievement.
