Master Thesis in the Department of Industrial Management discusses the contributions of the dimensions of green technology to improving the quality of work life / Exploratory study at the North Oil Company.
The Department of Industrial Management at the Faculty of Business and Economics / University of Mosul discussed on Monday, October 17,2022, the master’s thesis entitled “The contribution of the dimensions of green technology in improving the quality of work life / Exploratory study in the North Oil Company.
This study, presented by Yasmine Bashar Qassem in the Department of Industrial Management, seeks to identify the role of green technology represented by its four dimensions (green energy, green chemistry, green nano, green buildings) in improving the quality of work life represented by its five dimensions (work pressure, job satisfaction, job security, wages and promotion, employee participation) in the North Oil Company. The discussion committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Sultan Abdulrahman Fathy from the Northern Technical University / Mosul Administrative Technical College, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Ali Ismail and Assistant Professor Dr. Zahra Ghazi Thanoun, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Mr. Riad Jamil Wahab.
