Master Thesis in the Department of Business Administration discusses the use of strategies for accepting organizational contradictions at the individual level in improving the effectiveness of work teams: An exploratory study of a number of faculties of the University of Mosul. The Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Management and Economics / University of Mosul discussed the master’s thesis tagged “Employing strategies for accepting organizational contradictions at the individual level in improving the effectiveness of work teams: an exploratory study of a number of faculties of the University of Mosul”.

Part of discussion was attended by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Thaer Ahmed Saadoun Al-Samman. The study presented by the student “Omar Waad Sultan” in the Department of Business Administration aimed to identify the extent to which the strategy of accepting organizational contradictions at the individual level as an independent variable and its three dimensions (cognitive complexity, behavioral complexity, and emotional balance) is used to improve the effectiveness of work teams as a dependent variable for study and its five dimensions (suitability of communication, cohesion, participation, cooperation, and achievement of goals).
