PhD thesis in the Department of Business Administration discusses the adoption of the methodology of the six agile deviations and their impact on the quality of health care services through the intermediate role to improve business processes: An analytical study of the opinions of employees in the hospitals of Nineveh Governorate Sunday 23 October 2022 .
The Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Administration and Economics / University of Mosul discussed the doctoral thesis tagged “Adopting the methodology of the six agile deviations and their impact on the quality of health care services through the intermediate role of improving business processes: an analytical study of the opinions of employees in hospitals in Nineveh Governorate”.
The study presented by the student “Yusra Ghazi Hassan” in the Department of Business Administration aims to determine the impact of the methodology of the six graceful deviations as an independent variable represented by (definition stage, measurement stage, analysis stage, improvement stage, control stage), on the quality of health service as an approved variable and represented by dimensions (safety, justice, efficiency, effectiveness, patient-centered service, timely service), through the intermediate role of improving business processes as an intermediate variable.The discussion committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Sami Diab Mahal from Al-Kitab University and with the membership of Prof. Dr. Ethar Abdulhadi Al-Mamouri from the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Adel Zakir Al-Naama, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Fahad Abdul from the University of Karbala, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hani Mohammed Al-Nuaimi, and the membership and supervision of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Thaer Ahmed Saadoun Al-Samman.
