The Department of Accounting at the Faculty of Administration and Economics / University of Mosul discussed on Monday, October 24, 2022, the master’s thesis tagged “A proposed model for the use of the Beyond Budget method in improving the performance of government units an applied study at the University of Mosul”
Part of discusسion was attended by Prof. Dr. Munir Salem Taha, Assistant President for Scientific Affairs.The study presented by the student “Aws Saad Waadallah” in the Department of Accounting aims to identify the basic requirements for the application of the meta-budget method at the University of Mosul by submitting a proposed model for its application, as universities play a vital and important role in society, which imposes the importance of optimal allocation of available resources and directing them efficiently and effectively towards activities aimed at achieving the strategic objectives of the university.The discussion committee was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Malallah Abdullah, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Razkar Abdullah Saber from Salahuddin University, and Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Shams Allah Noor Allah from Mustansiriyah University, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant President of Mosul University Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Ramo AL Ibrahimi.
