A master’s thesis in the Department of Business Administration discusses “The impact of the quality of administrative information on empowering employees: an exploratory study in the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh”.
The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Monday 21 November 2022, the master’s thesis tagged “The impact of the quality of administrative information on empowering employees: an exploratory study in the General Directorate of Education of Nineveh”.
The current study presented by the student Ghassan Talal Najm in the Department of Business Administration aimed to highlight the fact of the quality of administrative information through its characteristics and impact on empowering workers, as the study sample included workers in the senior, middle and supervisory management in the General Directorate of Education of Nineveh with its departments, sections and divisions in the center of the Directorate and in the departments spread geographically within the boundaries of Nineveh Governorate as an application of the exploratory study that was conducted.The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Alaa Haseeb Al-Jalili, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Amer Ismail Hadid, and Assistant Professor Dr. Hossam Hassan Shia from the University of Karbala, under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Adel Muhammad Abdullah.
