Master’s thesis in the Department of Economics discusses “Evaluating the performance of Arab budgets for the period 200-2020” .
The Department of Economics at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Monday 21 November 2022, the master’s thesis entitled “Evaluating the performance of Arab budgets for the period 2000-2020”.
The current study presented by the student “Halgard Zaher Maher” in the Department of Economics aims to develop the concept of the budget with the development of the role of the state to be part of a broader program in which it reflects the total economic and financial activity of the state and naturally the budget development did not appear suddenly but once in several stages each stage had a specific direction for the budget affected its content and form and the general budget in the narrowest limits of its definition is a financial plan that includes estimating and approving expenses.The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Aws Fakhr Al-Din Ayoub, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Joan Saeed Hussein from Salahaddin University / Erbil, and Assistant Professor Dr. Abdullah Khader Abtan, under the supervision and membership of Prof. Dr. Hashem Muhammad Al-Arkoob.
