A master’s thesis in the Department of Business Administration discusses inspiring leadership trends to adopt human engineering programs to address job cynicism: an analytical study of the opinions of a sample of employees in the Nineveh Health Department .
The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Tuesday 22 November 2022, the master’s thesis tagged “Inspiring Leadership Trends for Adopting Ergonomic Programs to Address Job Cynicism: An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Workers in the Nineveh Health Department”.
Part of the discussion was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaer Ahmed Saadoun Al-Samman.The current study presented by the student “Sahar Sharif Saeed” in the Department of Business Administration aimed to indicate the inspiring leadership trends to adopt human engineering programs to address job cynicism, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, a hypothetical chart was designed that shows the nature of the relationship between the variables of the current study, and the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach.The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Samah Muayad Mahmoud from Al-Mustansiriya University, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Maha Sabah Ibrahim from the University of Baghdad / Higher Institute for Accounting and Financial Studies, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hussein Hassan Al-Jarjari, under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Maysoon Abdullah Ahmed.
