A master’s thesis in the Department of Business Administration discusses strategic architecture and its contribution to improving strategic quality management: an exploratory study in the Nineveh Health Department.
The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 , the master’s thesis tagged “Strategic Architecture and its Contribution to Improving Strategic Quality Management: An Exploratory Study in the Nineveh Health Department”.
The current study presented by the student “Maryam Moneim Malallah Al-Halauji” aimed to identify the extent to which the dimensions of strategic architecture represented by: (futurism, customer centrality, knowledge management, harmony, dynamic capabilities) contribute to improving strategic quality management represented by: (participatory management, employee empowerment, incentives and rewards, job satisfaction) in the Nineveh Health Department and a number of its affiliated hospitals.The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Hussein Manhal, Assistant President of Al-Maqal University / Basra, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Hatem Ali Abdullah from Tikrit University, and Assistant Professor Dr. Raghad Muhammad Yahya, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Iman Bashir Muhammad.
