A master’s thesis in the Department of Business Administration discusses the behaviors of authentic leadership and its role in managing organizational envy: an exploratory study at the University of Mosul.

The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Sunday, 27 November, 2022, the master’s thesis tagged “Authentic leadership behaviors and their role in managing organizational envy: an exploratory study at the University of Mosul”.

Part of the discussion was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaer Ahmed Saadoun Al-Samman.The current study presented by the student “Sarah Ahmed Ibrahim” in the Department of Business Administration aimed to highlight the extent of the contribution of authentic leadership in its dimensions (self-awareness, ethical behavior, balanced treatment, relationship transparency) in the management of organizational envy in its dimensions (benign envy, harmful envy) in some colleges of the University of Mosul.The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdul Salam Al-Hamdani, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Iman Bashir Muhammad, and Assistant Professor Dr. Firas Muhammad Ismail from the University of Baghdad, under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Abdul Mawjoud Al-Ani.قد تكون صورة ‏‏‏٤‏ أشخاص‏ و‏أشخاص يقفون‏‏قد تكون صورة ‏‏‏‏٤‏ أشخاص‏، و‏أشخاص يجلسون‏‏ و‏منظر داخلي‏‏قد تكون صورة ‏‏‏‏شخص واحد‏، و‏وقوف‏‏، و‏‏جلوس‏، و‏منظر داخلي‏‏‏ و‏تحتوي على النص '‏احم‏'‏‏
