A master’s thesis in the Department of Business Administration discusses organizational values and their contributions to reducing organizational cynicism: an analytical study in the Department of Civil Status, Passports and Residence in Nineveh Governorate.
The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Monday 28 November 2022 , the master’s thesis tagged “Organizational values and their contributions to reducing organizational cynicism: an analytical study in the Department of Civil Status, Passports and Residence in Nineveh Governorate”.
The current study presented by the student “Shamil Shuaib Amin” in the Department of Business Administration aimed to measure the correlation and impact between the organizational values of the four types (values of organization management, values of task management, values of relationship management, values of environmental management) as an independent variable and organizational sarcasm as the approved variable represented by (cognitive dimension, emotional dimension, behavioral dimension) in the Directorate of Civil Status, Passports and Residence in Nineveh Governorate.The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Thabet Jassem, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Majeed Hamid Majeed from the Northern Technical University / Nineveh, and Assistant Professor Dr. Safaa Idris Aboudi, under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Abdul Mawgoud Al-Ani.
